The reinstatement valuation of Truro and Penwith College was undertaken by our team of surveyors which involved site visits and inspections of approx. 60,000 sq. m of floor area across 4 separate college campuses along the southern coast of England.
The College provided a mix of indoor and outdoor facilities, buildings of different ages and functions as well as some historical listed buildings.
